Build these
2 Bread Boards

Here is the original article straight from
Book No. 4510, PRACTICAL DELTA PROJECTS
NEW & NOVEL THINGS TO MAKE, BOOK 10
DELTA MFG. DIVISION

THE bread boards are made from ¾" stock (either maple or birch). Make the knife slot as shown on the circular saw, and glue the two pieces together. After the glue dries, dress down on the jointer. Band saw to outline shape and run the moulding on the shield. The edge of the fish design is left square. Finish edges and face side with varnish. Leave the cutting side raw. The rubber headed tacks protect the decorated side. Decorate with transfer design.
**** NOTE ****
Mineral Oil is the
ONLY acceptable finish to treat the cutting surface with.

**** NOTE ****
To make the drawing full sized, the squares on the drawing should be 1".
