Here are pictures of the module I constructed when I lived in Warner-Robins, Ga and belonged to the model RR club there.

It was a modular layout and, before my module, flat throughout the layout.

The Trestle was made from a piece of 1 x 4 (cut to scale lumber on my bandsaw).
All the buildings were built from scratch.
The snow is a 'no-fire' ceramics snow with a sprinkle of 'powdered glass' for a sparkle.

My passanger train pulled by a C&O E8.

Two Pere Marquette E7s #101 & 102 pulling a long consist.

My C&O Mikado #4473 passes a switcher at work.

My C&O Berkshire #2786 coming accross the trestle.

Here are two pictures of the scenery work I did while I belonged to the Las Vegas, NV model RR club (1982-1983?).

Unfortunately, it appears the club is no longer in existence.
The band stand was a Campbell kit but the grey building was scratch built with basswood.

Zooming out a little for more of the area under construction.

The hand crafted trestle holds two men on a sheet of plywood.

The roof of the lumber mill opens for a view of the interior detail.
