All orders, except electronic files,
are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) - NO
EXCEPTIONS. Insurance is EXTRA for shipments of wands,
hard copy plans, all completed items, and CDs. I suggest
you pay the additional fee for insurance on any items
shipped through the mail. I have NOT experienced many
problems but the USPS is NOT perfect. I cannot be
responsible for uninsured missing or damaged mail. If you
do not add insurance (optional), you accept
responsibility for damage and/or loss.

Wands
S&H for wands and wand boxes is is
determined by a flat rate chart and covers S&H to all
the USA & Canada ONLY. If you are interested in
having wands or wand boxes mailed to any other location,
email me FIRST (before you order and pay).
Completed Items
S&H for completed items is
determined by a flat rate chart and covers S&H to all
the USA & Canada ONLY. If you are interested in
having completed items mailed to any other location,
email me FIRST (before you order and pay).
Plans
File Copy.
S&H is FREE for ALL file copy (electronic format)
plans but ONLY for file copy plans emailed to an email
address capable of receiving the file. If you choose
electronic delivery, the files will automatically be
emailed to your PayPal email address unless you include a
note in your payment indicating another email address.
Some email services limit the size of attachments smaller
than required to receive the plans. If you can not
receive the file due to problems or limitations with your
email, you will be required to pay extra for special
handling.
Returns
Wands
NO returns on uninsured shipments of
wand or wand boxess. The ONLY exceptions will be if the
incorrect item is shipped or the item is significantly
different from the description in the store.
Completed Items
NO returns on uninsured shipments of
completed items. The ONLY exceptions will be if the
incorrect item is shipped or the item is significantly
different from the description in the store.
Dollhouse Kits
With each shipment we include contact
information, should any video prove defective. We offer
100% satisfaction guaranteed - no questions asked.
Plans
NO returns on ANY plans. I will
correct any actual errors discovered in any plans
purchased from this site but do not offer refunds.
